The north portion of Big Springs Dog Park is temporarily closed due to porcupine activity in the area. While porcupines are generally non-aggressive, they can pose a risk to dogs.
We’ve received several reports from residents and are actively monitoring the situation. If the porcupine is still present tomorrow morning, we will set humane traps to safely relocate it. We expect the closure to last a couple of days.
In the meantime, please keep a close eye on your pets while visiting the park. www.airdrie.ca/offleash

Visionary Chows & Grooming is offering nail trims for cats and dogs ( none that require sedation please ) for a minimum $12 donation to the Kaglar family who is struggling right now
Their 1 yr old “Baby H” has been diagnosed with bilateral eye cancer & the family needs our help
