🐾💛 From My Heart to Our Community 💛🐾

There’s something I’ve witnessed over and over in this salon…

Dogs don’t care how much money you have.
They don’t know when times are tight.
They just love you — completely and unconditionally.

But I do see it.

I see the parents who apologize for matted fur because life has been overwhelming.
I see the worry in their eyes when finances are stretched thin.
I see how deeply they love their dogs — even when they’re struggling.

And I’ve always believed this:

No loving pet parent should have to choose between caring for their pup and paying for life’s essentials.

That’s why I created The Gentle Paws Promise at Pawsitively Furbulous Pup Palace.

This program exists for families walking through a hard season — so their dogs can still feel clean, comfortable, and cared for. With dignity. With kindness. Without shame.

And because kindness grows when it’s shared, we’ve also created the Pay It Forward Paw Fund.

If you’re in a place where you can give a little extra, you can help sponsor a grooming appointment for a family who needs it. You may never know their name. You may never see their face.

But somewhere in our community…

✨ This announcement is not related to us, and we are not closing our doors. ✨

While Shampooch’D was once connected to us through a past business partnership, we are no longer affiliated, and our salon continues to operate as usual.

At Pawsitively Furbulous Pup Palace, we remain fully open, committed, and here to care for your pups with the same love, patience, and quality you’ve come to trust 🐾💕

If you have any upcoming appointments, they remain confirmed as scheduled, and we are happy to assist with any questions or concerns.

🎄🐾 Holiday Howl-iday Update from Pawsitively Furbulous Pup Palace! 🐾🎄

Whoa, pups and peeps — you’ve kept our tails wagging! We’re excited (and a little out of breath!) to share that we’re officially booked solid for Christmas. Santa Paws himself couldn’t squeeze in another appointment! 🎅🐶✨

But don’t fret! We’re already booking into January 2026, so if your furball needs a fresh ’do or some pawsitive pampering to start the new year, now’s the time to snag a spot!

Thanks for keeping us so busy and for trusting us with your furbulous pups. We can’t wait to kick off another year of snuggles, suds, and wagging tails! 💙🐾

We are deeply saddened by the sudden and unexpected passing of Matthew Galliford. He was not only a pillar of our community and the coordinator of the Acton BIA but also a source of strength, kindness, and inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Matt’s dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to uplifting our community have left an enduring legacy that will continue to guide and inspire us. The impact he made to the community will be felt for generations to come.

During this difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with Matt's family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by his presence. May you find comfort in the outpouring of love and support from the community he so deeply cherished.

Matthew will be profoundly missed, but never forgotten.
