"Hey humans, here’s what happens to my paws when you take me out in the scorching sun ☀️, and the pavement is too hot! I sweat through my paws, and in this heat, I can’t cool down because my paws are burning. Missing my walk won’t hurt me—please let me relax indoors and take me out when the sun has gone down" 🐾

If you see someone walking their dog on hot pavement, kindly ask them to take off their shoes for the rest of the walk home. Maybe then they’ll understand how painful it can be.
