We will be Placencia's First Animal Shelter, but we are far from Placencia's first animal advocates. We love working with The Humane Society and the incredible network of volunteers therein. Show them some love in their upcoming event! Should be a great time!

Her story is incredible. Emaciated, no fur, and riddled with tick fever, mange and ringworm. Now look at this beautiful girl! She's gone by many names on her road to recovery: River, Star, Baby, Babes. Now she's our Baby-Babes, and our mooshball, and our smoosh-ems. We love our rescue pups!
