📣 New Doggies Alert! 📣 Meet Stifler & his little sister Rila (A.K.A. Stifler's boss). Stifler brought his humans in for a gentle leader leash & Rila came in for a toothbrush. Stifler's mom is petite & as you can see, Stifler is not. 😅 She needed something that works better for their morning walks. After some adjustments, Stifler was comfortable & not trying to slip the leash. Mom walked him up & down the street & success! Stifler did fantastic & mom was happy. 😁 I also want to note what a sweetheart Stifler is! He let me muzzle him 3 times & leash him twice & he didn't snarl or snap. Even the sweetest dogs would have given me a piece of their mind after all that. Rila was also so sweet! Their humans said Rila keeps Stifler in line, but she was worried about her big brother when we were subjecting him to the fitting. She didn't take her eyes off him when he was walking. 👀 I have more leader leashes if you want to see if they're right for your dog. They're not meant for aggressive dogs, they're training tools. The leash around the snout allows you to lead your dog's head, similar to what we see on a horse, without strangling them like a choke collar can. I have harnesses, muzzles, leader leashes, collars, lots of different leash options. Feel free to bring your dog (or cat) in the try things on & see what works for your fur baby. 🐾

Cats are some of the most adorable domesticated animals on earth. But they're also apex predators, born with razor sharp claws. Those murder mittens never stop growing. Their claws grow from their skeleton. They shed the sheaths & need to naturally file down their nails by scratching. If we don't provide them with scratching options, they will use our furniture... not because they're jerks, they just see you're not using it so they don't want it to go to waste. Give them a spot to scratch that also has plenty of napping & perching places. A cat condo they can mark as their own. I know my cats love theirs because it's the only spot in the house they'll share. But they do try to calls dibs on the little hideout. I have the exact same kitty condo my cats have in stock. I also have a small scratching post with ball & removable grooming tool, as well as cardboard scratch pads. And if your apex predator still isn't happy, I have catnip so you can drug them. 🐾

Vacuum sealed as soon as it's imported to ensure safety & prevent infestation(just $10/pound). I also carry powdered puppy formula, de-wormer, teething toys, plushies, collars, harnesses, leashes, puppy pads, beds, Bow Wow Meow shirts made on island by Moonglow Custom Design, & hopefully anything else your little love will need. My cat Sookie Stackhouse is smiling because she heard The Pet Shop is OPEN! 😸 At least I think she smiling... she's trying. She has a touch of RBF, and she's a little salty & spicy. But she's beautiful, and beauty makes up for a myriad of sins. Plus, I love her & she loves me. 🥰 Catnip helps her mood. Yes, I do have catnip in stock. Happy Thirsty Thursday! 🐾

The Pet Shop is OPEN! 😺 Just like like Poe, apparently. This is how I found him when I reached home yesterday. He usually runs to greet me, but I guess he was too comfortable to move. Sometimes I don't want to get out of bed either. He's extra cozy surrounded by his favorite toys. He plays with these toys at night. He even leaves a few where he knows I'll find them; a stuffed mouse in front of my bedroom door, a gift in front of the toilet (in case I want to play with a catnip filled co**ha while I have my morning wee), avocados in the shower. But after I've seen the toys he's sharing, he puts them back in his bed. Then he's sleepy after his clean up. Back to bed again. Well loved cats have THE BEST life in the world. I have lots of catnip infused toys to make your cat's life even sweeter. And they start at just $5 BZD. Wonder what your cat will leave for you... gotta be better than the lizards & bugs usually bring their humans. 🐾

📣 Adorable Doggie Alert! 📣 Meet Champ! 🏆 I would do a new dog alert, but most of us already know Champ. You may have seen him hanging out at Salty's or enjoying some island night life. I think Champ is a live music fan. 🎶🎸 Aren't we all with the talent we have on our little island? Champ brought his human to the pet shop to browse harnesses. I have several available, but sadly I didn't have one in the exact style he desired. It's unfortunate when I can't help find ecactly what a pet needs, but important because it helps me to know what to stock in the future. We do have tactical harnesses in sizes XS-XL, which are wonderful for most dogs, but a little too bulky for Champ who's already carrying around all this luxurious hair. We have vest harnesses & strap harnesses, as well. If your pup needs a harness, come on in & have them try some on. Champ didn't find his purfect fit, but I might have exactly what you need. And say hi to handsome Champ when you see him around! Side note: I'm not sure why, but he reminds me of the dog from the Labyrinth. Not Ambrosius, but the dog riding him... Sir Didymus. Champ isn't the same type of dog, but he has that noble vibe. Champ is such a distinguished gentleman. 🐾

"Where do you think you're going?" -my cat Poe every time I break out my suitcase. He wants to come with. He even tries to pack himself! No one told him fur babies can't travel in rolling carry-on luggage. Bow Wow Meow has lots of options to make sure the pets are travel ready... and they go in comfort & style. Nothing but the best for our island bougie babies! Whether they're going to the vet, or off to see the world, I have a carrier for them! The quality hardshell kennels are a great investment because they have the potential to last through your pet's whole life. This one has front open as well as top open. The stylish soft carriers are collapsible, comfortable, safe, & TSA approved, so you can take them anywhere. We had a lot of interest in these last time, so act fast if you want to snag one. The green one sold in minutes of my post... which is why I also imported this beautiful blue one. Lots of people wanted it but it was gone fast... like our cool breeze lately. The hardshell kennel also sold within days. Let me know if you have any questions. I'll be happy to stay late if you need me after 5pm, but if you don't tell me I'll be off to make cornbread to go with my red beans & rice I've been slow cooking all day. I'm so happy to be back!
