Thank you Lord for this milestone !!!!
It has been a very long time coming for Canine Scooby. During his initial evaluation, he appeared to be very timid yet mildly social. He experienced a few setbacks during lessons, such as displaying prey and defense drive, then retreating back into his shell. This was not a major concern, as I consistently kept his owner informed, and from the beginning he was always aware of Scooby’s current temperament. Although it was not a significant issue, he remained interested in enrolling Scooby to help expose him to real life situations, other canines, different environments, and many more independent scenarios.
As canine owners, we sometimes become the reason our dogs don’t reach their full potential often because we suffocate them, reward nonsense behavior, or turn a blind eye to obvious signs that the canine needs structured guidance. Beyond training, canine school teaches socialization, desensitization, structured lessons, and adaptability.
Always remember this: IF THIS APPLIES TO YOU, THEN YOU NOW HAVE YOUR ANSWER.
If your canine is timid, poorly socialized, or a victim of your firm discipline—without you realizing the emotional damage being caused—then a trainer must evaluate the dog first, ensure that potential is present, and begin consistent training before formal lessons can even start. Sometimes this early-stage process alone can add up to 20 - 40 ( paid ) sessions.
If the dog is not clear and balanced in the mind, he will not absorb training. He will always have an escape route that allows him to revert back.
