𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐊𝐮𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐢

A big thank you to Ada and team at CASPET Services for importing my two cats from 𝐊𝐮𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐢.

Firstly I choose CASPET Services based on my discussion with Ada, having already spoken to a few agents I knew CASPET Services was different as first and fore most they are a NGO caring for strays so I knew they would have my cats best interest at heart.

CASPET Services is very experienced in pet transport and worked with my export agent to ensure correct documentation was prepared for the import permit.

CASPET Services also ensures that the shortest flights and stop over times are booked.

For the stopover, they organised a pet hotel so the cats could stretch and relax.

Upon arrival in Brunie, I could not take the cats straight away, and they organised a catery to accommodate them until I could take ownership.

All in all, CASPET Services was really great, and I would use them again. The true sign of success is that my cats are with me, stress free, and in great health.

Finally, when Mummy and Daddy arrived - you will hear their happy voices reuniting with them. This brought a lot of tears to the owners and to us when we were watching it! (videos uploaded in the comment section) Such a joyful event! Finally, they are really going home with Mummy and Daddy.

You will also see Milonga and Cumbia running the nice field of Argentina.

We wish Milonga and Cumbia only the best and they are blessed to have such loving owners.

Milonga and Cumbia finally arrived Argentina 🇦🇷 and had to stay in a friend's house for a couple of days until their Mummy and Daddy arrived. In between, they made friends as they are so easy going and learnt over the years to adapt to other furry friends too.

Here, you will see Milonga and Cumbia in their jackets and running the field of Argentina (14 degrees).

Over the years, these are our first 🇧🇳 Brunei-born dogs, meet Milonga & Cumbia which have successfully landed in Argentina🇦🇷!

They were rescued 3.5 years ago by an Argentinian family. They instantly fell in love with their human family at once.

The significant move was planned 1.5 year ago but unfortunately all planned flights were cancelled due to Covid. We had to work tirelessly to finally get flights and had cost owners a fortune. However, the owners' love for their dogs is unwavering, unconditional, and responsible to prepare themselves from the beginning until the end for these loving dogs.

Milonga and Cumbia had to travel first followed by the owners later.

It was a 5 days journey. Even the Biosecurity folks mentioned they have neither dogs nor cats sent to Argentina before. Milonga and Cumbia have started crate training 1 year ago and very well behaved (check comment for their videos). So during travels, this makes a lot of difference too as they only understands Spanish where in between transit, simple commands such as Hola-hello; Vamo-let’s go; Veni-come; Adentro-inside; Muy bien-very good were used by the agents to help them move about during the breaks!

Fidel travelled from 🇧🇳 to 🇫🇯!
Fidel always follows his family all around the world so he is well travelled internationally.

However, he was stucked in Brunei for 6 months due to pandemic impact on flight frequency of airlines worldwide.

Despite of the flight reduction, super complicated paperwork etc, Liz never gave up because Fidel is part of her family. And here is a video of them happily reunited!

Fidel 從 #汶萊 🇧🇳 起飛前往 #斐濟 🇫🇯 和媽媽團圓。Fidel很常搭飛機，因為不管家人去哪，牠也會一同前往。

但是因為疫情造成國際航班銳減，導致Fidel卡在汶萊約六個月。

而雖然因為疫情航班銳減，再加上去到斐濟的程序極具繁瑣，但牠的主人從未放棄，因為寵物也是家人。
