Mocha (Rabbit) - Check up 🐰🐾

Mocha was brought to the clinic after not eating well and passing smaller faeces. Although still active at home, she showed signs of discomfort while eating.

During the check-up, our vet , Dr Sabrina found signs of a respiratory infection with mild wheezing and mucus build-up. Possible dental spurs on the cheek teeth were also detected, which may have contributed to her reduced appetite.

Mocha is currently receiving treatment and close monitoring 🐰

Ruto – Skin Recovery 🐶✨

Back in March, Ruto came in with severe flaky and itchy skin, constantly scratching at home.

Our vets, Dr. Sabrina and Dr. Faith, diagnosed her with fungal and bacterial dermatitis, demodex mange, and a chicken allergy. She was treated with medicated shampoo, coconut oil, and prescribed medication.

After three treatment cycles, Ruto’s skin has improved - less itchy, and her fur is growing back.

So happy to see her comfortable and smiling again 🤍✨

Matthew the ball python - General Check Up 🐍

Last month, Matthew came in for his general check-up with our senior vet, Dr. Liew

Dr. Liew performed a full physical examination checking his body condition, scales, eyes, mouth, and breathing. No signs of mites, injuries, or abnormalities were found.

Using the rope technique, his length measured 132 cm (4 feet 3 inches) His body condition and muscle tone are ideal for his size, and his scales are in beautiful, healthy condition.

Overall, Matthew is healthy and doing great!
