When I moved from India to Bahrain in June of 2016 I shipped 2 boxes. One contained some random utensils and one contained all my untouched crafting supplies. It cost us a lot of money but I just wanted to bring some of my stuff along as I assumed I would have a lot of free time till I found a job so I could craft. But then I just unpacked the box and till last year I only made a few flowers here and there. I honestly didn't know what I would do with any flowers I made.

Last year I had the opportunity to participate in the We Are Amana exhibit and I found a purpose! Art for a cause! It's a win-win. I get to create and fundraise for various causes.
All my illustrations are hand-cut and I accept commissions. PS I have to say that I am still developing my paper illustration skills.

I am currently raising funds for Rescat TNR program through the sale of my pieces. This blue one is already sold. But please follow me on Instagram as I will be posting more pieces for sale.

All payments are to be sent directly to the clinic. 100% of the sales proceeds go towards the cause.

Well if you didn’t know already, I love cats. I love all animals actually.
And so here’s a hand cut illustration of a cat created by me with the help of my 3 cats who walked all over my workspace while I did this.

As much as I’d love a world filled with cats I know they are treated badly in the streets. Not everyone welcomes them into their compounds and yes pest control companies offer services to ‘relocate’ cats which is cruel.

I will be making more art for this cause which is something I am very passionate about.

9 years of love, laughter, and (mostly his) patience 💛
To celebrate our anniversary, I made this paper cut poster inspired by one of our all-time favourite shows – FRIENDS. We’ve watched it over countless dinners, and this dialogue perfectly describes our relationship 🦞

Lettering isn’t my strength yet, so I printed the text — but every cut was made with love. I’m now moving on to a long-due passion project, and I can’t wait to share more with you soon!

I call this piece 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

I created the and then with great anxiety I ‘cracked’ it and filled up the cracks with gold paper representing the Japanese art of Kintsugi. (The gold paper is actually from a cake box).

I’m pleased with how the final results turned out.
