Charles, Janice and Richard wish all of our amazing customers a wonderful Christmas and healthy and prosperous New Year.
As always we thank you all for your support through 2025 and since our beginning 15 years ago.
We welcome our new proprietors Elmira and Asen. They have worked with us and , like us complied with all EU laws and licenses. We wish them much success in their venture here starting on 1st January 2026.
We hope that they have as much job satisfaction as we have had serving our customers and their incredible and unique pets.

My retirement is imminent and on January 1st 2026 Elmira and Asen will take over running the kennels. Our phone number will remain along with WhatsApp and viber and messenger. However there are additional contact methods. They can be found on our calendar but just in case I've posted below.

📆 Starting January 1st, 2026, we are the new owners of Pet Hotel!

Your furry family members deserve the best care, and we are committed to providing the same love and attention they have always received. Thats why we spent extensive time with Janice to fully understand every detail — the pets comfort comes first.
We have also left Era and Ziggy at the hotel ourselves, so we know exactly how important a safe and caring environment is.

It's Official! Contract is signed and calendars are printed.
Dog Tired and Cat Nap will remain open for the foreseeable future.
The new managers take over on 1st January 2026 but will also be here in early December to greet our customers.

Официално е! Договорът е подписан и календарите са отпечатани.
„Dog Tired“ и „Cat Nap“ ще останат отворени в обозримо бъдеще. Новите мениджъри поемат поста на 1 януари 2026 г., но ще бъдат тук и в началото на декември, за да посрещнат нашите клиенти.

Due to a cancelation we now have kennel space for Christmas and new year. Sorry but the cattery is full.
Our new managers will be taking over from 1st January.
If you need the space please contact soon as we've been fully booked for Christmas and new year for a while.
