HappyPaws SHAPE I take care of your dogs as my own I love and care about all kinds of animals. I worked for the Dutch government for 23 years in security and IT.

One day, I decided I wanted to follow my heart's desire and take care of animals, especially dogs. That's why I became a dog groomer. I went to school, mastered the skills, and then started 'Happy Paws' www.facebook.com/GroomingInQuantico in the States. It was the most happiest fulfilling job I've ever had. Grooming and caring for dogs at my own pace, with all the love I have to give! Because every dog and every animal deserves LOVE 🥰and attention.

DUE TO THE HEAT IN THE COMING DAYS

Animal lovers, never make the mistake of throwing cold water over an overheated dog or placing a wet towel on its back. That has the opposite effect.
Cold causes the veins to constrict, and high temperatures (above 42 degrees) cause the proteins in the blood to clot, making the blood thick and viscous.
Due to the combination of both, the heart can no longer circulate the blood, and the organs fail one by one due to lack of oxygen.
A very slow but extremely painful death is the result.
If you try to help an overheated dog in this way, it will still die.

First, give it lukewarm water to drink as soon as possible, then cool the paw pads and chest/lower abdomen with a wet towel. Then place the dog in the shade on the wet towel!!
