Well done Tuuli, "Duvel" is now Fi VCH
At the end of 2022 I made the not easy decision to offer "Duvel" (Think Twice You Only Live Once) a better life than what I could have give him, a family life, filled with love and attention, just for him. In fact, for me, the most important thing is to offer all my dogs/puppies the best possible life, with me or without me. "Duvel" then moved for what was supposed to be just a short holiday, to his forever home, with my friend Tuuli Söderlund (Rushes Golden Retrievers) in Finland.
Beside a life full of love, playing, training and hunting, there was no shortage of satisfaction in Shows.
Since when "Duvel" moved to Finland:
* 3 x CAC
* 3 x BOB
* BIG-1
* BIS-1
* Vet-CAC
* BOS veteran

and cherry on the cake was last weekend successful Shows,

14.15/06/2025 Finale ASUR WT - Coupe De France SCC

Just got home from a wonderful weekend with friends (two and four legged). I'm not a big fan of WT, but when good organization, magnificent grounds and top class judges meet, you can't miss it. We were running three dogs, and three dogs qualified (9/28 starters in Open and 7/19 starters in Beginner passed their classes with no 0). Two days WT, 10 tests, 19 dummies to pick over the 2 days, for each dog.

Pieter with “Calvin” (Gunnerspeg Galvanised) was 4th in Open with an average of 16.6 (this dog only turned 2 in March!!), and myself and “Rooney” (Elkshead Arran To Think Twice) were 8th in Open, considering that he’s not really a “dummy dog”, I’m more than pleased.
The icing on the cake was the young "Beech" (Think Twice Va Va Voom at Grovery) who, at his first WT ever, gained a 4th place with 168/200 where unfortunately in two tests we lost many points due to his total inexperience (20-16-17-9-19-20-10-18-20-19). Thanks to my dear friend Nathan Laffy to let me have him.
Many many thanks again to Anne (ASUR) and Ludo (SCC) and their teams for the brilliant organisation, to the judges ( Anne Besnard, Thomas Bushby, Simon Capstick, Jean-Louis Martin, Stefano Martinoli) for giving up their time, to land owner for the opportunity he gave us to “play with the dogs” in his amazing property.
Last but not least a very well done to Pierre De Franclieu for winning the Open Class with an impressive performance.

Do you want to take your first steps in the world of breeding? Is “becoming a breeder” your dream in the drawer ? Have you already started your journey with a lot (or little) of theoretical training but you lack practical experience in the field? We are the right place for you.
I’m a Golden Retriever breeder, since +/- 30 years, based in Belgium, 50km north east of Brussels.
I’m looking for an “extra hand” to work together with my full time employee, for a couple of months, (middle of July-middle of September, dates can be discussed) to help out with the puppies. Experience is not required, but desire to learn, availability and flexibility, they do.
A great opportunity to learn about breeding, raising, and training.
Salary plus living in.

Allevo Golden Retriever da circa 30 anni, vivo in Belgio, 50 km a nord est di Bruxelles.
Sto cercando una "mano in più" per lavorare insieme al mio collaboratore a tempo pieno, per un paio di mesi, metà luglio-metà settembre (date possono essere discusse) per aiutare con i cuccioli. Non è richiesta esperienza, ma desiderio di apprendere, disponibilità e flessibilità.
Una grande opportunità per conoscere l'allevamento, come crescere una cucciolata e addestrare.
Stipendio più vitto e alloggio.

GB FT Ch Think Twice Zero to Hero, aka "Chance" will spend some very well deserved holidays in Belgium and Italy, where he will be available at stud with suitable girls, till the beginning of the summer. Frozen and chilled semen also available from the Continent.

"Chance" needs no introduction, but you can find all the information about his extraordinary and unique career under his page. He 's fully health checked, and a proven stud dog, which already produced FT Ch, FT and WT Winners.
