🐻There’s a heatwave in Belgium…if you’re looking for me, I’ll be in front of the fan! Mommy is waking up early and staying up extra late so I can have cooler walking weather! During the day I’m only allowed in the backyard for a quick potty and then Mommy makes me go right back inside. She’s looking for a bigger umbrella for the backyard to try to create more shade for my short potty breaks in time for summer when we will surely have more heat waves!🐾 Stay cool friends! 😎

🐻Hi furriends🐾 an update about my health— my vets suspect that I have Cushing’s disease. Mommy will take early morning urine samples three days in a row, and bring them to the vet to be tested on Tuesday. While we hope I don’t have it, if I do, we hope that I will respond well to the medicine they’d give me. Please send me good vibes!🐾🩷 Thanks for all your support and love! It means so much to us!🥰

🐻UPDATE🩷 Great news from my cardiologist appointment! My heart has only just started entering stage B2. That is great news, because it is still an early stage without me needing to start taking diuretics at this time, because my lungs don’t have fluid. My heart has only slightly changed shape in a valve, and even though my heart is regurgitating some blood, my heart medicine seems to be doing its job! I kept Mommy calm during my long appointment. She was so nervous during my ultrasound hoping we didn’t get any horrible news, so I leaned against her on the exam table snuggling. We were SO relieved when we finally got the exam results. Also, the cardiologist answered all of Mommy’s questions, AND I get new food! I’m starting a combination of Royal Canin Cardiac and Royal Canin Mobility Support (for my arthritis).

🐻I go to the cardiologist tomorrow for a scan of my heart to make sure I’m getting the best care for my heart murmur, and that we have all the information necessary to help me live my best life! Wish me luck!🩷
