Fakir Fashion Limited (FFL) opened its door to the apparel manufacturing business in 2009 as an independent vertically integrated knit garment industry which broke off from other Fakir Group businesses that are already in

existence. Since its inception, FFL has gone from strength to strength in becoming a leading apparel manufacturer in Bangladesh. With over 50+ tons of knitting, 55+ tons of dyeing and 200+ sewing lines, FFL has positioned itself at the forefront by utilizing innovation in the apparel manufacturing sector. Today it is adding value to the country’s economy by bringing millions of dollars in business from foreign markets and acting as a flag bearer for the “Made in Bangladesh” brand. FFL is committed in its truest form in terms of giving back to the community in the sincerest of ways that actually helps the society. Our Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) initiatives are deeply rooted and guided by the principle of doing CSR only to contribute to the society without the element of showmanship. Hence, not only are we working with other leading social enterprises such as Sajida Foundation, WaterAid, Centre for Rehabilitation of the Paralysed etc., we also play an active role in building or rebuilding community schools, colleges, religious institutions and places of worship. These initiatives within our surrounding areas are a testament to our sincere commitment to building the nation and giving back to the society. There’s more! We haven’t stopped in just rebuilding structures, our production processes are embedded and rigged with sustainable energy and production methodologies such as we utilize the process of rainwater harvesting with a catch mass of 1Lakh sq.ft., and we generate solar energy of 462.44 Kilowatt Peak (kWp) etc. Additionally, we have a fully functioning Effluent Treatment Plant that ensures our community eco-system is well balanced and saved from industrial hazard. A Financial Aid Giving Ceremony was held at the FFL premises to distribute financial assistance to our dedicated workforce.

A total of BDT 2,94,000 was distributed among 39 recipients, including 37 workers, 1 staff member, and 1 executive. The maximum amount received by an individual was BDT 10,000. These funds, provided by the FFL Welfare Fund, were allocated to support colleagues facing medical challenges (sickness) and to assist with the marriage ceremonies of their daughters.

FFL remains committed to standing by its family members during their times of need. We are honored to provide this support and wish our colleagues a speedy recovery and a joyous future for their families.

সম্প্রতি ফকির ফ্যাশন লিমিটেড প্রাঙ্গণে কর্মীদের আর্থিক সহায়তা প্রদানের উদ্দেশ্যে একটি অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করা হয়।

ফকির ফ্যাশন কল্যাণ তহবিল ৩৯ জন প্রাপককে মোট ২,৯৪,০০০ টাকা বিতরণ করা হয়েছে। ৩৭ জন শ্রমিক, ১ জন স্টাফ এবং ১ জন এক্সিকিউটিভ এই সহায়তা লাভ করেন। এককভাবে প্রাপ্ত সর্বোচ্চ সহায়তার পরিমাণ ছিল ১০,০০০ টাকা। মূলত অসুস্থতা জনিত চিকিৎসা এবং সন্তানের বিবাহ উপলক্ষে জরুরি আর্থিক প্রয়োজন মেটাতে এই অর্থ সহায়তা প্রদান করা হয়।

রমজান মাস, যাতে কুরআন নাযিল করা হয়েছে মানুষের জন্য হিদায়াতস্বরূপ এবং হিদায়াতের সুস্পষ্ট নিদর্শনাবলী ও সত্য-মিথ্যার পার্থক্যকারীরূপে। সুতরাং তোমাদের মধ্যে যে মাসটিতে উপস্থিত হবে, সে যেন তাতে সিয়াম পালন করে। আর যে অসুস্থ হবে অথবা সফরে থাকবে তবে অন্যান্য দিবসে সংখ্যা পূরণ করে নেবে। আল্লাহ তোমাদের স্বাচ্ছন্দ্য চান এবং কষ্ট চান না। আর যাতে তোমরা সংখ্যা পূরণ কর এবং তিনি তোমাদেরকে যে হিদায়াত দিয়েছেন, তার জন্য আল্লাহর মাহাত্ম্য ঘোষণা কর এবং যাতে তোমরা শোকর কর।"

We extend support through breast cancer awareness trainings, fostering unity in raising awareness and promoting early detection. With pride, we continue to sponsor meaningful partnerships and initiatives, symbolizing our unwavering dedication to the well-being of cancer survivors.

On January 29, 2026, Fakir Fashion Limited hosted its annual Pitha Utshob within the factory premises. A dedicated outdoor space was transformed into a vibrant hub of culture and celebration, bringing our rich traditions to life.

Over 10,000 employees from various departments gathered for the day-long event. 65 participants managed 13 beautifully decorated stalls, offering a wide array of traditional homemade pithas to fellow workers and executives. The celebration was marked by colorful attire and a strong sense of togetherness as employees dressed up specially for the occasion. The event was graced by our Managing Director, Fakir Kamruzzaman Nahid, who visited the stalls and sampled the delicacies prepared by our teams. The festivities concluded with lively cultural performances by our workers, showcasing their talents and adding to the joyful spirit. As a token of appreciation, all participants received commemorative gifts to mark their involvement in the event.

২৯ জানুয়ারি ২০২৬ ফকির ফ্যাশন লিমিটেড প্রাঙ্গণে উৎসবমুখর পরিবেশে আয়োজিত হয়েছে বার্ষিক ‘পিঠা উৎসব’। প্রতিষ্ঠানের উন্মুক্ত চত্বরটি পরিণত হয়েছিল ঐতিহ্য ও সংস্কৃতির এক প্রাণবন্ত মিলনমেলায়।

দিনব্যাপী এই উৎসবে বিভিন্ন বিভাগের ১০,০০০-এরও বেশি কর্মী স্বতঃস্ফূর্তভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করেন। ৬৫ জন অংশগ্রহণকারীর উদ্যোগে পরিচালিত ১৩টি স্টলে ছিল বৈচিত্র্যময় সব ঘরোয়া পিঠার সমাহার। রঙিন পোশাক আর উৎসবের সাজে কর্মীরা এই আয়োজনকে করে তুলেছিলেন আনন্দময়। ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ফকির কামরুজ্জামান নাহিদ অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত হয়ে প্রতিটি স্টল ঘুরে দেখেন এবং কর্মীদের তৈরি সুস্বাদু পিঠা উপভোগ করেন। দিনশেষে আমাদের কর্মীদের পরিবেশনায় এক মনোজ্ঞ সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান উৎসবের আমেজে বাড়তি মাত্রা যোগ করে। আয়োজনে অংশগ্রহণের স্মৃতিস্বরূপ সকল অংশগ্রহণকারীকে বিশেষ উপহার প্রদান করা হয়।
