Small boy was found frozen this morning. Despite all the efforts to secure paperwork and land for them it seems impossible in this municipality. Few of them I hide inside the house. But many of them roam the streets in search for food,shelter and love that will never come.Small angel didn’t deserve to end like this .❤️❤️🧸
