Boniah Quarter Horses Breeding versatile horses for work & pleasure, where temperament and conformation come first But i did have Pegasus and a unicorn living in my shed ! rodeo .

My life experience with horses started as a city kid who became hooked on horses , who went on my first trail ride in yr 6 and then couldn't get enough ! After leaving school i headed bush and have spent that time with a wide variety of horses ... but i always had this love of a QH that i used to admire in those great old western horseman mags.
10 years ago when we moved stations and finally had

the opportunity we started to breed QHs intended for working on outback stations mustering cattle, they were also shown at halter competed in gymkhanas, campdrafting & barrel racing. Breeding horses does not happen quickly ... over the next 8 years we could look at and admire our line of horses, horses that are bred as nature intended and live as nature intended , strong , robust, resilient and healthy with kind and workable natures. Then things change and due to work we relocated , bringing the best of our horses with us. We now have a small band of broodmares that live with our stallion in the mid north of SA, still breeding versatile horses for work & pleasure. Horses capable of any equine discipline . barrel racing . sporting . pleasure . Pony club . gymkhanas . and trail riding. Inspections are welcome by appointment ... come and meet our horses :)

“Gary” is a sensible, quite no fuss gelding that is easy to do anything with.
Green, but well broke with a good foundation.
Has been around cattle with a small amount of feedlot work, has only been ‘trained’ on them twice. Shows plenty of potential on a cow.

Suitable to a capable rider to continue him on the right path in any chosen discipline.

Half siblings excelling well in a variety of disciplines.
