That's why I have three.....to many?

Yes, it’s true! While every dog is different, many greyhound adopters are surprised to discover their new mate is more “strong silent type” than chatty companion.

Instead of a bark-off at the postie, you’ll often get a soft tail wag, a soulful look... and maybe a full-body stretch before they settle back into nap mode. 💤💚

That’s not to say they never bark - some do (especially when excited or learning from other dogs). But as a breed, they’re generally chilled, composed, and less vocal than most.

If you’re after a calm, easy-going pal who lets you do the talking, a greyhound might be just your speed! 😉
