A little update from me, I’m back to grooming at my normal capacity and taking bookings as usual again 💛
A gentle reminder that Somerset Dog Grooming specialises in small to medium dogs only, with a general weight limit of around 12 to 15kg depending on breed, size, coat type, temperament, and handling needs.
As always, I work one on one in a calm environment and want to make sure every dog booked is the right fit for both their wellbeing and mine 🐶

Hey lovely humans!
I’m currently taking appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and select Saturdays, with set grooming times throughout the day.
As a one-on-one, low-stress grooming salon, spots are limited and do tend to fill quickly, so please get in early to secure your preferred time.

I am still currently recovering from surgery, however my workload has now mostly returned to normal. At this stage, I am only taking on tiny to small dogs, with a current weight limit of 12kg while I continue healing.
I am not currently taking on medium to large grooms at this time.

Please note:
🐾 I specialise in full grooming services for regular clients, and these bookings are my priority.
🐾 Quick services (like nail trims or tidy-ups that aren’t full grooms) need to be booked at the end of the day when time allows, after regular grooms are complete.
🐾 Small dogs only, with a current weight limit of 12kg.
🐾 I will do my best to accommodate anxious or reactive pups, but safety comes first. If a groom becomes unsafe to continue, I may need to stop the session and the grooming fee will still apply to cover my time.
🐾 If you have two dogs, please reach out before booking to check if I can accommodate them together. My slots are structured for individual dogs, so double bookings depend on size, coat condition, and available time.
🐾 Some appointment times may be subject to slight adjustment if required due to scheduling commitments.
⚠️ Availability is updated manually and may change at any time due to real-time bookings. Even if a spot is listed, it may no longer be available, so please message me with your preferred time to check availability and secure your appointment.

Important Booking Info:
📌 You are not officially booked in until I have personally confirmed your appointment with a message that says:
“You are booked in on [DAY/DATE] at [TIME]”
📌 If you’ve requested a time but haven’t received a confirmation message, you are not yet booked. Please follow up if needed.
📌 Availability changes quickly, and I often respond to multiple clients at once, so if you haven’t heard back or seen a confirmed time, please feel free to check in.
