❖ All Overnight Pet sitting gigs must fill out the Pet sitting checklist provided when booking is made, with all personal details required and animal details. (is provided for all first-time overnight pet sitting gigs)
❖ All Pet sitting gigs that are booked in advance for more than 2 days must have a 20% deposit put
down to secure the dates chosen.
❖ Cancellation protocol:
� if cancellation is made by owners within 3 days of the start of pet sitting gig, the 20% deposit is kept and the rest is returned.
� If cancellation is made by the Staff member, the client is entitled to request a new staff member, post pone the booking and use the money for another booking or can request a refund.
❖ All Dog walking gigs must be paid in full before the walks that are booked are to start. If not done the client will be given 3 days after the walks have been completed to make the payment.
❖ No future bookings can be made if any past gigs haven’t been paid for.
❖ Fail to make payment by the time frames as listed above will be marked against client’s name as reference for future bookings. This entitles Tylah’s animal services to request payment for past booking and future booking in one payment or to deny any future bookings with the client.
❖ Requesting staff Members protocol:
� Requesting a Pet sitter requires the deposit of saving the date to 30% as this will secure your sitter, if in whatever reason the sitter your requesting isn’t available the deposit will return to the 20%.
❖ Beach visits are with selected staff, clients will be notified on who can do this when requesting this option, the dogs will be secured with a car harness and will only be let off leash if appropriately felt by the Staff member taking the dog.
❖ Prices and packages will be doubled if requesting to be booked on a public holiday.
