Have you ever seen this before?

Beautiful little Dixie has the sweetest bedtime habit. Every night she nuzzles into my clothing and suckles on it until she falls asleep. 🥹💕

It melts my heart, but it also makes me a little sad. I can’t help but wonder if she misses her fur mumma, or if she was separated from her too early.

She’s so content when she does it, almost like she’s comforting herself before drifting off to sleep. It is absolutely adorable, but it makes me wonder about her early life and what she has been through.

Has anyone else had a kitten that did this? ❤️🐾

Little Rosie was found wandering the streets all alone after a kind gentleman had been feeding her for around 10 days. He reached out and asked if I could take her in, and of course we couldn’t leave this sweet girl without help.

We have searched high and low through lost pet pages and local groups, but sadly no one has come forward to claim Rosie.

Rosie is currently being cared for by the wonderful Yvette in Albion Park. She is around six months old and is simply the most beautiful little girl. She is independent, affectionate, playful and has such a lovely nature. 🩷🐱

She will be ready for her forever home in a few weeks, and I know there is a very lucky family out there waiting to meet her.

🐾💕 Once again, Teddy and I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated yesterday. It was an incredible day, with $1,800 raised in just 24 hours!

Of that, $1,000 will go towards Teddy’s upcoming appointment, and $800 will go directly to the kitties and helping cover some outstanding vet bills.

I am still hoping to reach my target of $3,000, which would give me a little breathing space and allow me to pay another $1,000 off the vet account.

I honestly can’t put into words how grateful I am. To have such a caring and supportive community behind me and these cats is something I never take for granted. I feel incredibly blessed.

Please keep sharing the fundraiser if you can. There are still many cats in care who need check ups, vaccinations, medications, and procedures. Unfortunately, I can’t continue helping as many cats as I do unless I can get the vet bill back down to zero.

I am sitting here completely overwhelmed with emotion.

In just 2½ hours, this incredible community has helped raise over $1,000 for Teddy.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would have such a supportive, caring and compassionate community standing behind me. When I wrote my appeal this morning, I felt vulnerable, embarrassed and honestly quite defeated. I never expected the response that followed.

The kindness, generosity, messages, shares, prayers and donations have absolutely blown me away.

There have been so many moments over the past few months where I have felt completely alone, struggling with grief, financial pressure and the responsibility of caring for so many cats. Today you reminded me that I am not alone.

Because of you, Teddy is one step closer to getting the specialist heart care he needs.

Because of you, I can breathe a little easier.

Because of you, I have been reminded why I keep going even when things feel impossible.

I wish I could personally hug every single person who donated, shared, commented or sent a message of support. Please know that none of it goes unnoticed and none of it is taken for granted.
