Hey everyone 👋🐾

Sorry i have been quiet lately! Been a little full on with new baby and school holidays 😱
I am behind on my bookings and if I havent messaged you with dates or confirmed your dates please feel free to message me so I have a reminder! I am admitting I can't run both businesses and family all together so I am getting some help with my bookings! Meat business is currently closed due to the rising meat costs however we are looking at other avenues currently 🥰
I am nearly booked out for Febuary, March and April so if you would like an appointment please message or call me and ill get you in asap 🥰🐾

We know things can be tough at Christmas time and it doesn't feel like it's getting better. So on behalf of us here at Sam the Grooming Man and Primal Pawz we'd like to help. We've made up some small gift bags with toys in them for kids of various ages and interests, we also have a couple for ladies that may not be getting anything. We will also have some vouchers to give away again this year, a very special thanks to Kadi House Accommodation & Tassie Raw Designs, Coastal Finance and some anonymous donors and us :) so please feel free to reach out via this post or privately to pick up a bag of goodies or a gift card ( mainly $20 value to help spread to more people ) ❤️ we have a limited supply this year as last year i went overboard ❤️

Good afternoon everyone, hope we are all keeping well.

This post isn't easy for me to put up, and whilst I appreciate everyone's support and I do my best to accommodate everyone. It's been a hard week with a lot of no-shows ( 11 doggies so far ). This isn't something I wanted to do, but as of Monday the 18th of August, failure to turn up to your appointment or cancel within 24 hours will now incur a 50% fee. As a small business, I can no longer incur these costs.

I completely understand how life gets messy and busy, and I always do my best to take that into consideration when booking and rebooking clients. But the increase of no shows, affects everyone as it pushes out my availabilities.

So please, if you can not make your appointment, call or message me, and we can move your appointment around.

For those wanting to make a booking at this stage, im booked until mid October and november filling up quickly, so shoot me a message or call and I'll get back to you as soon as I can and get you booked in.

We will be closed from midday Thursday until Monday ( 3/7 - 7/7 ) as we are having a little family getaway for a couple nights 🥰
Primal Pawz will also be shut from Midday Thursday - Monday also so please put any orders in through there if needed, pick will have to be before 12.30-1pm on 3/7 Thursday 🐾🙏
