We are husband and wife team Julie and Kim, living in Brisbane's lovely bay side town of Wynnum. It's a lovely little community with the waterfront at our backdoor. Our little family consists of another 3 humans, our kids Zac, Jasmyn and Billy, as well as our 2 four legged kids, Staffordshire Bull-terriers Jack and Penny. nything that moves and if it didn't, she'd push it, just like her mum Julie. Jack and Penny are easy going, fun loving dogs, so we all have things in common in our family, and that's what makes us a dynamic team.

οΏ½As a family, we all eat good, wholesome and nourishing foods. And we wanted to give our Staffies the same. We were tired of purchasing pre packaged, expensive treats from the supermarkets. Penny liked them, but she wasn't crazy about them. Jack, well, he could take them or leave them. As well as never really knowing what was in them, they were expensive! We decided to research what types of foods dogs could eat and benefit from, and we discovered some interesting culinary delights for our dogs. We blended the ingredients of the goodness of wheatgerm and natural honey together with fresh bananas and wholemeal flour. Wheat germ has the benefit of supporting physical and mental health as well as giving the dog energy. It is known that the cultivation of wheat germ dates back as far as 10,000 to 15,000 BC, because it is rich in Vitamin B (for enhanced immunity) and high in Vitamin E for heart health. These are just a couple of great benefits that dogs get from using wheat germ in our home baked dog cookies. Honey is so good for you and your dog! Honey is naturally high in antioxidants and enzymes and flavonoids and it kills anti-resistant bacteria. Bananas are wonderful for dogs, in moderation. Bananas are a great source of potassium and manganese, as well as Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, fibre and biotin. Bananas are low in cholesterol and sodium. Bananas do have a high sugar content, so we developed a cookie to be given as a treat, rather than a meal.
