📢⚠️📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CLIENTS- AGAIN🥴📢⚠️

In just 10 days since my last post about updating my no-show policy, I've had two more confirmed appointments result in no-shows.
As a result, I will now be enforcing a 100% charge of the service booked for any no-show appointments.

I'm starting to think there must be something in the air 🤔 This used to be a rare occurrence.

As a small business, I can't stress enough how frustrating this is. No-shows directly impact my income and prevent other clients from securing appointments.
I currently have a large cancellation list and am booked out 8 weeks in advance, so these missed appointments are opportunities that could have been offered to someone else.

Thank you to all my wonderful clients who continue to support my business and respect my time. ❤️🐾
