I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the kind words, messages, and gestures you shared with me regarding my beloved Ume at the end of last year. We had to make an incredibly tough decision, and while I’m doing my best to move forward, it may take a little time before I feel fully myself again. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and compassion — it truly means the world.

Dear valued clients,

I want to sincerely thank you for your ongoing support — it means so much to me. I also wish to share something personal: my beloved dog has recently been diagnosed with aggressive cancer, which is progressing quickly.

At this stage, I am fully booked until early next year. However, if circumstances change, I may need to cancel appointments at short notice. I truly hope you understand, and I appreciate your kindness and patience during this difficult time.
