Here we are at our first Boyup Brook Autumn Art Affair and Heavy Horse Days.

Thanks to the Lovely Chris Downie of Katrine I now have these photos of Tilly doing our first ever wedding.
First of all I borrowed Mark Atkinsons spring cart so drove from Avondale to his place in Gidgie.
Then we started from Katrine homestead with our bridal party and went a kilometre or so down the road to an old church where we were greeted with a fellow playing the bagpipes.
We waited in the shade as it was a hot day and then took everyone back to Katrine.
The fellows in the Bridal party then helped load the cart back on and off we went.
I took Mark out to tea at the Noble Falls Tavern as a thank you for lending me the cart. I think I was paid $200.
It was a very pleasant day.
