I'd like to wish everybody a Happy New Year and give a big big THANKYOU to all those who have supported me in 2025. To my wonderful students, their parents, my helper Sophie Delaforce, my volunteer rider Maya Wakerley, my new friends made through my ladies mornings on Thursdays (these have turned out to be special mornings) and above all to my husband Colin James and brother Brett Austin who worked tirelessly on our Arena so we would have somewhere high and dry to ride and in style.😀 THANKYOU. Its been a challenge of a yr especially with our unpredictable weather conditions, then loosing Precious back in Oct really hurt in more ways then one, our halter club members adored Precious and she is so sadly missed. On a more positive note I have been welcoming new students over the last few months and 2026 looks promising with so many more special memories with our gorgeous horses to be made. 2026 will see some changes, our faithful mare Raine will be retired from private lessons now that she is 21yrs old and telling me she just doesn't want to do it anymore so intensely in 1 on 1 lessons. Raine will enjoy a semi retired life as a ledline horse at our toddlers sessions, halter club and birthday parties. 2026 will also see 5 of our mares started under saddle (including little Elsa and homebred mare Shandi who arent babies anymore) in hopes to join our team after they have the miles needed under their girths. This plan is currently under way with Dawn in training with Brett Austin and Lacy with me 😀. We will also see a obstacle course made behind the Arena which is going to be so much fun. Im super lucky to have a husband how does so much behind the scenes for Pony Tales. So here's to 2026 a fresh year, with new ideas and hopes. I look forward to sharing the journey with you all. Kerry.
