🐾 A Gentle Reminder About Matting & Grooming Policies 🐾
Hey everyone! Just a quick reminder about our salon policies when it comes to matted coats.
If your dog’s coat is matted or tangled, extra time, care, and equipment are required to safely remove those knots — which means additional fees will apply. Severe matting can be uncomfortable and even painful for your pup, and in some cases, the only humane option is to clip the coat short.
We always groom with your dog’s comfort and safety as our top priority. Regular grooming every 6–8 weeks helps prevent matting, keeps their coat healthy, and makes the grooming experience more enjoyable for both your dog and your groomer.
Please remember:
✨ We do not “brush out” painful matts.
✨ Dematting fees apply where extra time and tools are needed.
✨ Our goal is always your dog’s comfort and wellbeing.
