Membership Renewals
It’s that time of year again where the current club membership ceases on 30 June 2026.
***Please note if you joined as a new member with IDTC after 1 April 2026 you are a financial member until 30 June 2027; your membership card is "BLUE" therefore there is no need to renew.****
Renewal Fees: -
Single - $20.00
Dual/Family (2 adults/2 children from 10-16) - $40.00
Junior membership (10-16yrs) - $10.00.
Renewals can be made by direct deposit up to 31 July 2026 (preferred method)
Failure to renew by 31 July 2026 will result in your Membership lapsing.

IDTC Annual General Meeting
The 2026 - Annual General Meeting will take place in the clubhouse, commencing at 7.00pm on Tuesday 4 August 2026. All members are welcome to attend the meeting and can be nominated for Executive Committee Roles or a member of the Committee for 2026/2027.
Roles for Executive Committee:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Chief Instructor
Committee Roles - up to seven additional members
Agenda items will include:
· Reports from office bearers
· Election of office bearers and committee for the following 12 months
Requests for postal votes are open now, these requests must be accompanied by a stamped, addressed envelope for forwarding of ballot papers and these postal votes must be returned no later 14th July 2026.
