Benson Park played host to the Adelaide Trail Horse Riding Club last weekend in perfect weather. After settling in Friday afternoon, all was ready for two days riding. Saturday we did a 30 k Bush ride stopping for a camp oven lunch at Eremophila Park. Riding through lots of scrub and plenty great green crops. Saturday night we enjoyed dinner in the Barn plus entertainment, which everyone joined in and enjoyed. Sunday morning with a few slow and non starters we set off for a morning River Ride. Up and down cliffs, down a creek and into the river, and then back home where lunch was waiting for us.
Thanks to Kathy for organizing her club to come, to Chris and Steve for catering and Kylie for backup and photos. It was a beautiful weekend with beautiful people and beautiful horses. and lots of laughts......

For those of you who are new to our page - welcome! We are thrilled to have you here.

We thought it might be helpful to share with you some history behind the EMMETT Technique 🧑‍🏫

This unique form of body therapy was created by Ross Emmett, an Australian Therapist who spent years developing a gentle but effective method to help release tension and improve movement.

In the early 1990s, Ross began refining the technique, combining his knowledge of anatomy, bodywork, and natural healing to create a system that would benefit both practitioners and their clients.

Since its creation, the EMMETT Technique has gained worldwide recognition for its ability to improve overall wellbeing through light touch and targeted muscle release.

Today, it's used by therapists in over 40 countries, helping individuals and animals alike move better and feel more at ease.

As it continues to grow, the EMMETT Technique remains a unique, non-invasive approach that works with the body’s natural systems. Whether you're new to bodywork or a seasoned practitioner, the EMMETT Technique offers valuable tools for improving health and wellness🌿
