ℹ️ DOGS AUSTRALIA: NOMINATIONS - RAFT HALL OF FAME 2024.
In the first twenty-one years of elections, Dogs Australia has received nominations for 58 dogs and 45 people to be considered for induction into the Retrieving & Field Trial Hall of Fame. From the nominations received 36 outstanding dogs and 28 exceptional people have been inducted.

The criteria for the two categories for selection are the following:

🔸 Outstanding Gundogs (must be permanently retired from further competition and have not competed for the past 12 months, or be deceased).
🔸 Prominent Persons: Their record of a broad combination of accomplishments as outlined in the information sheet below.

ℹ️ DOGS AUSTRALIA: LABRADOR RETRIEVER SURVEY RESULTS.
🔸 Labrador Retriever (Minimum Breeding Age for Labrador Retriever Bi***es)
🔸 At the February 2023 Special Board meeting the Dogs Australia President confirmed he would arrange for another survey to be conducted for the Labrador Retriever.
🔸 This survey was released last month by Vero Voting and closed for voting on 13 October 2023.
🔸 As a result of this vote, Regulations Part 6 – The Register & Registration Clause 8.12.2 will remain unchanged.

ℹ PGC CH SPEC SHOW 2021: PHOTOS.

Although half of the dogs entered & our original scheduled judge could not join us due to the COVID-19 roller coaster, a wonderful time & a relaxed evening was had by all.

A huge thank you again to our replacement judge Mr Peter R King (NSW) for stepping in last minute to ensure the show went ahead, & to Caroline Camilleri (Darwin Photography Professionals) for her continued sponsorship.

Of course, things do not happen without wonderful volunteers & a special thank you goes out to Sarah Gordon for her super-efficient stewarding & to Amie White for her accurate & experienced Challenge/Catalogue writing. Ladies - your blood is worth bottling.

PGC hope to see many of you back next year when hopefully the world has calmed down!
