'Willow’ presented to TEVC for examination by Dr Matthew Kelly following a chronic intermittent forelimb lameness.

Following a thorough assessment and radiographs, Willow was diagnosed with osteoarthritis alongside poor foot mechanics.

Working together, Consultant Farrier Garrett Newton trimmed and shod Willow to improve balance and support, while an osteoarthritis treatment plan was prescribed to help keep her comfortable and performing at her best.

A few weeks later, it was great to see Willow back out and about doing what she loves, competing again in action. 👏🐴

Wishing all of our friends and valued clients a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Thank you to our vets (Tamworth equine) special thanks to link baumann for his tuition and the opportunity this year and our friends/clients thank you for supporting us. Last but not least thank you to Brooke she’s the back bone of what I do, she juggles all the hats and wears them so well. This year I was given an opportunity that would involve a lot of travel and a lot of time away from home she continues to believe in me and support me every step. Stay safe and all the best for the new year
