Heya guys I just wanted to put a post up today as we have had a few people asking if we supply cages we do not unless the bun we are rehousing comes with one our organisation is a non-profit organisation where we help the buns find their forever home.

One reason we don't buy and supply cages is because we are not a pet store we are an organisation dedicated to heling buns we have a whole room dedicated to any bun that comes into our care where we can quarantine and care for them adequately. we always ask that the new family have proper cages, space, etc.

We help by sending off your new forever bun with great care and a bun that will suit you without adding to the pet store issues of buying buns who are not in the best of care or health, we encourage adopting not shopping by helping and offering any advice and care we can, we help any buns who need treatment, we also send all our buns in our care off with a Eyre Peninsula Bunnie Rescue & Rehome goodies box which includes. (hay, some toys, treats & food.) We also send them off with anything the bun originally come with for a smoother time for the bun and everyone involed.

We do this with our hearts not for profit we have had some broken buns come through us who have found their forever homes now and are doing fantastic in their new households and thats what we aim for a happy bun with their forever family who is also happy with their new family member.

Buns are a commitment and we understand that things happen and life changes which is why we offer all the help & advice without judgement.

All our buns get sent off with some hay, food and whatever else comes with them as we always try provide the bun with their stuff we originally were given plus some extras thrown in there by our Eyre Peninsula Bunnie Rescue & Rehome we are a non-profit organisation and all our adoptions are $0 we only want the best for the buns we rehome.

We have got two new buns added to our adoption process meaning we have got four beautiful buns to rehome home 😱 2x girls and 2x boys 🥰 we will be uploading all photos, information, etc. Very soon watch this space to potentially find your forever friend. 🏡🐰

All girls have been adopted to their forever home thank you to everyone who was interested in the girls they are now going to be adored and loved by their new families! 👪

We have had our second rescue dropped off today with another on the way that's three buns needing to find homes if you or are knowing anyone wanting to adopt a bun $0 adoption fee they will also come with items provided by us the eyre peninsula bunnie rescue & rehome they do not come with cages but will come with plenty of hay food treats toys the lots if you need help finding a cage or place to find place for the bun please message we are more then happy to help even a kmart play pen is suitable as a cage for buns and will already have food hay toys treats! Over the Xmas period people have been buying buns and realising they cannot love them how they should be loved and that is where we want to help people find their buns without shopping and adopting these beautiful girls are amazing deserve a great family and forever home!

3 beautiful girls are such great little buns with great temperaments they are shy but wouldn't anyone be in a new place they love to come up give cuddles and love! They just need to warm up to their new family but have the biggest hearts!

We have been handed another bun bun today and we are wanting to try find her forever home once again we will be providing hay food some treats and toys for the bun being rehomed she is the sweetest of girls she is toilet trained she was handed to me without any cages or anything at all so you will need to have a kmart play pen or cage set for her before adoption and we will be providing out of our stuff for this little bun to go with so you can just enjoy some time with your new family member :)

Sweet girl she does take a bit to warm up to her new people around her but she will fall in love with anyone who gives her that time and love she has been with other animals and buns

We have been fostering for about a week now and we are currently getting filled up with buns due to Christmas time and people buying buns and currently have another girl coming today if you are needing to rehome we do not judge with why or what you need our help with but we do ask to try send your bun off with their cage and any stuff you have for them so they can go to their new home with stuff they know making it easier on their new family and settling into their new routine and life :)

With a successful rehome and adoption at the Eyre Peninsula Bunnie Rescue & Rehome we wanna thank everyone for the support we have gotten only in the last 24hrs we thank you all for supporting the change for buns in the eyre peninsula area!

Hey guys we had our first surrender today we are of course trying to find her forever home she does not cost anything and I will send her off with some food, treats and hay for you as well and some homemade toys for you to not stress straight away so you can enjoy your new family member 🥰

The only thing is she does not come with a pen or cage that is something you will have to sort prior to collecting her as I have only got my foster pen and haven't had time to sort her a take away cage 😥

Thought I would introduce ourselves we are a dedicated small group of people located in Whyalla South Australia to help in the rehoming and adoption of buns on the eyre peninsula from Port lincoln to Port pirie.

We are dedicated to stopping the breeding and sale of rabbits as it has become quite the issue of people dumping them when they realise what it takes to own a rabbit and not realising the cost and expectations of owning a bun we are here to help stop that in these areas we do not judge at all if you are needing better information on how to care for your bun to if you are needing to find a new home no matter the reason please reach out to us we would love to help before you think of other methods or become overwhelmed!

If you are wanting to adopt we can do our best in finding a new furbaby for you! If you are worried to post or anything of the sort please message us we are more then happy to post for you!

We are also dedicated to giving correct information, care needs, and realistic expectations of owning a rabbit it's not just an animal you can put in a small cage in a room and hope they are happy and healthy. Buns needs room enrichment a lot of time, patiences, care and love they do also cost a lot of money in vets etc if you are planning on getting a bun do correct information seeking or reach out we are more then happy to help and suggest items, places and give information you maybe seeking. ☺️

5.) We DO accept the sale of rabbit supplies (toys, hides, cages, tunnels, bottles, etc) and or rabbit products (treats, food, hay, etc)

6.) We DO encourage any fund raising to go towards any rabbit rescues or charities for animals!
