We are seeking to add another experienced and hardworking stable hand to our dynamic team. We are located in Wellcamp (13km out of Toowoomba) on a purpose built equine veterinary hospital featuring 22 stables and various horse yards. This facility allows us to provide a broad range of surgical services and advanced medical procedures.
Your duties will include:
* Handling horses of all ages.
* Feeding animals.
* Grooming and rugging horses.
* Cleaning stables and yards.
* Mowing lawns and spraying weeds.
* Facility maintenance (e.g. grounds keeping, fencing, repairing water troughs etc) abilities advantageous but not essential.
About You:
* Excellent horse handling skills with horses of all ages and breeds.
* Strong organisation and time management skills.
* Reliable, punctual and a strong work ethic.
* Proven experience in an equine environment.
