Creature Comforts VIP Holiday Care and Grooming is now officially closed for business with the cancellation of our insurance policy :( What a hard phone call that was.

Amanda and I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all of our VIP guests. We honestly miss them all so much. Over the past few years, we have looked after hundreds of dogs and remember every single one of them with great affection. Whether for play days, training, boarding or grooming, we have loved every single minute with them. Our phones are full of photographs and videos of them playing, eating, swimming - looking feral from the dam or beautiful after a groom and everything in between. From zoomies in the paddocks to sleeping in the sunshine, we believe that every VIP enjoyed their time with us. It has been a true delight and we will miss you all so very much.

Valued Creature Comforts VIP Grooming owners.

As most of you are aware now I have had to shut my Grooming business down effective immediately due to physical health issues.

Unfortunately my shoulder is not handling the demands of my job and the pain put me in the emergency room where I was strongly advised by the Dr that it would be very beneficial to find another career to save my shoulder deteriorating further. It was a difficult decision to make and not one I made easily 💔

I have loved every single one of your VIP’s and I cherish the trust that they and you put into me. I will miss their wagging tails and cuddles so much💙

Comment or message me if you want to add your VIP to the pampering books and I’ll let you know dates available and help you with how often to book in your VIP 🐾♥️

Blue prices are for regular appointments ✅

Benefits of regular grooming are :
* Your VIP has healthy skin and coat.
* Nails are kept short
* Their hygiene areas (Groin, bum, paw pads and eyes)are kept short and clean stopping any infections
* I have my hands all over your VIP regularly which means I notice any changes, growths, infections you may not be aware of.

Red are for non regular appointments ❌

GROOMING POST

Hello to all my grooming VIP's

As many of you will now know the property which I run my grooming business on is currently up for sale.

After looking at my options and talking to council I am happy to announce that from September (date to be determined) I will be operating from my house in town.

My last working day this year will be November 15th as we are FINALLY taking our holiday we have been planning for the last 3 years. Return date is to be determined.

Dear Creature Comforts VIPs and families, many of you will know by now that the heartbreaking decision to put our home on the market has been made. It is quite a unique property and will need the right person to be looking at the right time, so it could sell quickly or take some time. I simply don't know.
This also means more heartbreak for me as the business I love, caring for your beloved animals, will at some point come to an end. Along with this, we have also received a letter from Council stating their intent to rezone this area of town, meaning we would have to close the boarding business anyway. This came as quite a shock and has caused many tears, even though I would be moving anyway. I had really hoped to encourage the new owners to continue with this fulfilling and joyful business.
For now, it is business as usual, although I will only be taking bookings until the end of July at this point and will continue to take bookings 8 weeks in advance past then. I will, of course, keep you all updated at all times and will be in contact again very soon.

* EDIT to say that I've had a call from our Council to say that, as an existing business, we would be an exception to the prohibited business part of the rezoning so I'm going to do my best to promote this business within the sale. This is hopeful news! Thank you to Lesley from Bland Shire Council for reaching out and telling me!

🐾 🐾🐾 Grooming Post 🐾🐾🐾

Amanda is sitting down with her diary over the next couple of days and working out booking dates for all your VIP’s.

As always she will take into consideration the owner’s availability but as last year grooming appointments are only on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with the exception of those who have a regular occurring Saturday appointment (these are all booked out)
