I've been working in the pet industry for a few years, starting with Mad Paws before founding Pack Leader Dog Services (PLDS), where I provide premium, in-home pet care. My passion for animals and commitment to their well-being drive me to offer a boutique, personalised experience fo

r both pets and their owners. Beyond pet care, I am also a disability support worker and have previously worked in aged care looking after a dementia client privately. These roles have given me a deep appreciation for patience, kindness, and compassion- qualities I bring into every aspect of my work.
