Unfortunately I’ve come down with a severe case of tonsillitis and am currently unable to work.

As a result, I’ll need to cancel this weekend’s walks and will reassess how I’m feeling on Monday.

Happy birthday to the lovable Mr Beau, who's still as cheeky as ever on his special 10th birthday.

I've had the pleasure of walking him since he was 7 or 8, and it's been amazing to watch him grow into this new phase of life.

Although… he still acts like a puppy!
