This John Deere stationary irrigation engine hit 8000 hours when the oil pump failed — a common issue at that age.

Luckily, the watchdog system did its job and shut the engine down as soon as oil pressure dropped to zero, preventing any internal damage. 👏

Our team fitted a new, updated oil pump, carried out a full test run and she's back in action — pumping water like a pro! 💧

🚛 Volvo 2014 FM410 Front Lifter

This one came in with clutch slippage faults. After diagnostics using the Jaltest scan tool, we found the clutch was worn out.

Here’s what we did:
✅ Replaced the clutch, release bearing & actuator ✅ Replaced PWM valve ✅ Machined the flywheel ✅ Replaced the leaking rear main crankshaft seal ✅ Found and removed broken springs & excessive wear

We completed a relearn on the clutch/transmission during the test drive — all fault codes cleared. ✔️
While it was in the workshop, we also carried out a B Service to keep everything running smoothly.
