We offer an insured professional in home pet service that you can trust and are a great alternative to dog kennels and catteries. ets to eat, sleep and play in their own space comfortably without the distress or risk of disease from a kennel or cattery. You will have peace of mind knowing that they are being well cared for with video and picture updates while you are away. I am able to provide care for cats, dogs, reptiles, fish, birds, chickens, rodents and more! I have extensive knowledge and am confident administering medications aswell as assist feeding snake hatchlings.

1. SERVICES THAT ARE PROVIDED

Offering in-home pet care which includes:

* Feeding as instructed
* Fresh water given daily
* Exercise and play,
* Grooming as required
* Yard waste pickup/enclosures/cages
* Administering medication if/when required


Clean litter and clean yards are to be expected before you leave for your holiday. I will not clean any waste or mess that wasn’t created by the animal while they were in my care. I will uphold the level of cleanliness you provide.

2. PRICING

Prices are as follows:

* $45 for a 20 minute visit - recommended for basic care 1-2 pets

* $55 for a 45 minute visit recommended for basic care of 3-5 pets

* $65 for a 60 minute visit recommended for basic care of 5+ pets


Our time frames are recommendations only and you DO NOT have to stick by them, however, these times are based on providing the essential care for your animals. Longer booking times with smaller numbers of pets ensures they are well stimulated - excess time will be used to play, walk, tire out your beloved pet as well as any extra cleaning of the pets living area that may be required.

3. TRAVEL

Travelling fees start at-

* 0-15 minute drive- $25
*15-20 minute drive- $35
*20-30 minute drive- $45

This is based on distance, one way, from address to address.

4. PAYMENTS & RESERVATION FEE

Payment can be made either:

* online via Square - our online invoicing system
*cash

RESERVATION FEE:

* a 50% reservation fee is required upon booking. This must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice via email. If the reservation fee remains unpaid you risk forfeiting your booking.

*The reservation fee is non-refundable, this is not negotiable*

In case of lockdown booking is transferable to a date within 90 days of original booking.

5. BOOKING PROCESS

Requirements:

* Dates of service
* Preferred veterinarians details incase of emergency .
* Emergency contact

You will be invoiced for the 50% reservation fee that is required upon booking. Outstanding balance is due 3 days (72 hours) before commencement of care, this is non-negotiable. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled.

**Reservation fees are non refundable**

No refund for any funds paid if there is a cancellation within 3 days of your booking commencement. i look forward to meeting you and your pets.
