Cancellation Reminder 🐾

Some of you may already be aware that I have recently introduced a $45 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

Of course, I completely understand that unexpected things happen, and sometimes cancellations simply can't be avoided. Every situation is considered individually before a cancellation fee is applied.

If possible, I'd really appreciate it if you could keep your grooming appointment in mind rather than relying on the reminder text the day before. Quite often, the reminder prompts people to realise they have another commitment and cancel at the last minute, leaving an appointment that is almost impossible to fill.

As a small family-run business, late cancellations have a significant impact. I still need to pay my staff, and there are often other clients who have missed out on an appointment for their furry family member because that time was reserved for you.

I know everyone's time is valuable and that life gets busy. All I ask is that the same courtesy is extended to my time and my business by giving as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

🐾 A Little Update 🐾

To all of our wonderful clients,
From 1st July, there will be a small increase to our grooming prices.

This isn't a decision we've made lightly, but with the rising cost of products, equipment and running the salon, it's become necessary to help us continue providing the same level of care and attention that your dogs receive at every visit.

We are incredibly grateful for your ongoing support and for trusting us with your furry family members. It means so much to us to be part of their lives, and we look forward to continuing to keep them looking and feeling their best.

Due to an overwhelming demand we've decided to close our books to new clients for now. However we will be running a waiting list for anyone who would like to be notified of future vacancies when we open them again.

We will be hanging up the scissors on Christmas eve and back to it on 7th January 2026, with reduced hours and odd days in January due to school holidays. We look forward to seeing you all then!! 💜🐾

Sorry we've been a bit quiet on here lately. We've been chasing our tails trying to catch up with our waiting list and have all your beautiful furbabies looking, smelling and feeling fresh for the winter 🫧❄️🐩

If you've been patiently waiting (just like Minnie and Toby here!) for us to open our books to new clients, the time has come! We now have a few spots open here and there for new furbabies to join the Pawfection Parlour fam 💜
(Remember we are only taking small breeds)
