First show. First memories. 🤎

What an unforgettable day for Velour Lops.

We went into our very first show hoping to learn, meet other breeders and enjoy the experience, and that we sure did but to come home with awards was something we never expected.

🤍 Humphrey was awarded Best Mini Lop Self for his class
💙 Chomp was awarded Best Novice Exhibit in Show.

I’m incredibly grateful to the judges, the Victorian Rabbit Association, and everyone who made us feel so welcome. There is still so much to learn, but this has given me even more motivation to keep improving our rabbits and our breeding program.

Here’s to the very beginning of the Velour Lops journey… and hopefully many more special days in the show ring.

🤍 A very special girl is joining the Velour Lops family.

We are so excited to welcome Char Char Ellie, our beautiful blue self doe, to Velour Lops.

Ellie is not only a stunning little doe, but she is also the sister to our gorgeous Char Char BlueMoon, making her an incredibly special addition to our rabbitry.

We can’t wait to watch her mature, and see what the future holds. Welcome home soon Ellie 🤍
