🛁 Charles had his very first bath today as part of our weanling prep here at SLH Performance Horses… and honestly, you’d think he’d done it a hundred times before! ✨

This special little GRP boy by Mr Right Now (FS Mr Right) x Yondella Pheobe continues to impress us every single day with his incredible brain, kind nature and super trainable temperament. Nothing seems to faze him and he just takes everything in his stride.

We absolutely love watching these babies grow into confident young horses through our prep program and Charles is proving to be a very exciting little prospect for the future 💫

People often ask what we do when it’s wet and miserable outside… well, this is exactly what we do! 🌧️🐴

Throw on a jacket, head for the hills and enjoy a hack out to the big open paddocks.

Paityn and Bloomfield Vin D’Amore along with Brock and his Ruby making the most of the weather and enjoying the free bath while they’re at it! 🦄💦

I’ve said from day one this GRP c**t was something special and he is proving us right every single day. Super expressive paces, incredible natural mechanics and already showing that naturally uphill movement we all dream about.

Not only is he ridiculously eye catching, he also has the sweetest trainable nature. Charles is now stabled, rugged and learning all the ropes of being a grown up youngster.

This is one that will genuinely be hard to let go… but he will be available at the completion of his weanling prep.

Brock decided to wander out into the middle of the 10 acre paddock this guy and his friends are growing out in and have a little play with him… and honestly, he’s just the sweetest soul.

Prize absolutely loves people, thrives on interaction, and just wants to please. The kind of temperament everyone hopes for but not many actually find 👌
