Today, Ember and I got to put our training to the test at an ACSW Level 3 Interior Element Specialty Trial at Nords Wharf, co-hosted by Coastal Pet Dog Training and K9 Sniff Society.
We were tested in 4 search areas with challenging odour puzzles coupled with time pressure. The searches were all interesting and fun, and Ember was efficient and reliable as always 🤩 Our only error was a missed hide in the last search when we ran out of time ⏰
Having located 8 of the 9 hides and making no other mistakes, we finished with a qualifying score (known as a “leg”). When added to the leg we already held, it meant we gained our L3I EST Title today! Woot woot 🥳
