Dear valued clients,
Unfortunately, this is something that i don't want to be sending out. However, it must be addressed.
I sadly am forced to implement a cancellation and/or late payment fee.
Whilst I totally understand that last minute things pop up or situations arise unexpectedly, I would appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.
Also, from now on all future grooms require payments to be made AT the TIME of service.
As of the 1st of June any services not paid upon completion or day of grooming service will incur a $10 late fee per dog and a $10 a week late fee for every week unpaid.
Cancellations made within 12hrs of grooming booking will also incur a $10 late cancellation fee per dog.
Any current invoices that are not paid before the 1st June will also incur the late fee and any future grooms will be sacrificed until payment is made.
I understand sometimes difficult situations come up but I am also a small business owner and a mum-of-three and I would appreciate better communication and respect.
