Over 10 years dog grooming experience We will then talk this out with you. Thankyou :)

We are a certified fear free home salon in COLDSTREAM-
If your dog is telling us they are not coping we will try several different things or completely stop the service. We operate as a one dog at a time salon (more if in the same family) as it is a calmer and safer environment for each dog. This does mean we require prompt pick up and drop offs to avoid overlapping of clients. TERMS & CONDITIONS:
We send a 48 hour reminder message prior to your appointment that requires a confirmation from you. If you cancel/reschedule less then 24 hours before your scheduled appointment a full fee will be required and to be paid immediately. We are a small family run business and can’t afford the income loss. If you simply do not reply or “no show” your appointment this will also incur a full fee and if we choose to reschedule you we will require a deposit a week before your next scheduled appointment. If fleas are found on your dog at the start of their appointment you will be notified of them requiring a flea bath and an extra $10 will be charged for extra product and time. Matting fees will also apply if matting over body is extensive.

Those of you who know me well may have heard my Malakai had a reading with this amazing women a few months ago and it was incredible.
She is going LIVE and while I can’t be there (which breaks my absolute heart) I highly recommend anyone interested to check her out !

For the first time ever, Jessica is bringing her mediumship LIVE to the stage for one unforgettable night at Melbourne’s iconic Capitol Theatre.

Join Jessica on Saturday October 24th for an evening of connection, laughter, emotion and powerful messages from Spirit as she shares her gift of mediumship with a live audience.

PSA 2027 Appointments

Please note we are trying our best to figure out when we can begin scheduling our 2027 appointments. We need to confirm our kiddos have care before we can make any decisions.

I will be having major surgery the first week of Feb with a 4-6 week recovery so the last week of January I will be aiming to work more days to get everyone in before I have to take time off to heal properly.

I will endeavour to get the ball rolling on 2027 appointments asap :)
Thankyou for your patience.
