Policy update.
Unfortunately due to 6 dogs cancelling appointments last week with less than 24 hrs notice, 3 being the morning of the appointment, 2 after replying Y the night before, I have made the tough decision to enforce a cancellation fee.
This may be up to 50% of the groom, and will need to be paid before the next appointment.
If I am able to fill your spot, no fee will be charged.
I would like to thank those who have paid previously when they have missed their appointment, it really does make me feel appreciated 🥰
Please note, I have been grooming for over 18 yrs, and have only ever asked a few to have to pre pay for bookings. This is not something I have liked to do, and do feel I have kept my prices very reasonable compared to others to try and help you. So please remember this is my job, therefore my only source of income. Im pretty sure you wouldn't like to turn up to work to be told, "you never did anything today, so you wont be paid"
