Back at work today after a few days off, and kicking off the new fund-raisers. Massive thanks to John with little Millie, who saw the .10c containers bin this morning and dropped off two big box full of bottles and cans when picking Millie up 🙏

🙏Today we sent a $400 donation to Greyhound Adoptions WA 🩶
$167.30 from containers for change, in which I would like to send a massive thank you to a few of my dancing friends at CJ's Line Dancing, Jan, Marga and Janet & Lindsay, your help has been amazing, im always happy for your .10c trash 😉🤣
The GAWA donation tin was then emptied to top it off.
Thank you all so much, it just goes to show, small things can make a big difference.

Policy update.
Unfortunately due to 6 dogs cancelling appointments last week with less than 24 hrs notice, 3 being the morning of the appointment, 2 after replying Y the night before, I have made the tough decision to enforce a cancellation fee.
This may be up to 50% of the groom, and will need to be paid before the next appointment.
If I am able to fill your spot, no fee will be charged.

I would like to thank those who have paid previously when they have missed their appointment, it really does make me feel appreciated 🥰

Please note, I have been grooming for over 18 yrs, and have only ever asked a few to have to pre pay for bookings. This is not something I have liked to do, and do feel I have kept my prices very reasonable compared to others to try and help you. So please remember this is my job, therefore my only source of income. Im pretty sure you wouldn't like to turn up to work to be told, "you never did anything today, so you wont be paid"

Gees, this year has started off like a little fire cracker.
Looking at mid-March before I can get you in, so prebooking has become essential.

I have also had to make the decision to increase prices as of 1st February, in most cases this will be by $5.
You will also notice i have started adding "Reply Y or N" to the reminder messages. Please do reply, or you may be charged a no-show fee, or find your appointment filled by someone else.

During my Christmas break, I went and cashed in some of the 10c containers you guys have been dropping off for me, $70+. When I saw the call out this morning. I checked the tins and have sent $200 to help.
