A neat filly bred on the same cross as NSW Derby winner "Better Be The Best", both being by Shoobees Place out of Bettors Delight mares.

She comes from the successful U30 - Dairy Maid family, which is the same maternal family as Shoobees Place filly Shoobees Double, who won the $30,000 2yo Westsired Filles pace. This filly is a half sister to race winner Classical Ellie and her dam Abetta Tiny Dancer is a full sister to group 1 placed Sparkling Delight.

Shoobees Place boasts an impressive average earnings of $43,498 per starter, with 68.6% of starters being race winners.

A good looking c**t bred on the highly successful Shoobees Place out of an Artsplace line mare cross, with Sappho sired by Sportswriter. Shoobees Places richest son, Shoobee Doo, was bred on this cross (1:49.2, $578,164), being out of a Modern Art mare.

He comes from the N1 - Pride of Lincoln family, the most successful maternal family in New Zealand. His dam is a half sister to The Pima Indian NZ, who won 6 races from only 9 starts.

The farm burned down yesterday, started by a powerline in our neighbours paddock.

The extreme wind quickly pushed the fire onto our property and it was so intense and ferocious that it was unstoppable. In minutes, we lost the house, hay shed, over 800 round rolls of hay, horse floats, the chaff cutter and a lot more things.

Thankfully no one died and we managed to save all the horses in the stables and yards and we saved all the dogs. The horses in the paddocks saved themselves, running away from the flames. Although I thought we would lose some due to how thick the smoke was, making it almost impossible to breath. Unfortunately we lost some sheep and a few chickens.

Thankyou to the volunteers who helped and tried their best to stop the fire, although it was an impossible task.
