Toasted to the end of a wonderful first market day with a Gruyère & truffle toasti—made with the *very last sliver* of our leftover truffle from today’s markets. Crisp, gooey, and worth every bite.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came by, said hello, shared stories, and brought home a piece of our truffière today. Your support truly means the world.

We’re already counting down to next week’s harvest... the truffles are ripening, the Frank is ready, and there’s plenty more magic to come.

A 2nd place Friday night and a 196 points for 1st place, Saturday morning.
Thanks Coffsharbour Obdience Club and thanks to Eve Flowers in Uralla for the floristry course.
Fast trip home 😁

Thanks to Grafton Dog Obdience Club for running a mid week Scent Trial.
The judges were encouraging and the trial ran on time and smoothly.
Coming off Truffle season the dogs worked efficiently.
Finn placing 1st in the Advanced container and Bea placing 2nd in the Novice vehicles and 3rd in containers.
We stopped on the way home for a nice little swim 😀
