WE ARE OPEN!!! 🐶🐱

The Pet Chalet is back to full operation and our driveway is clear. You are welcome to contact us via phone or email if you need us.

Our current situation! We still have no power or phones, and the driveway is underwater. All the pets are high and dry. We are closed for customers today, but may re-open tomorrow depending on conditions. We hope everyone is as safe and dry as possible!

Hope everyone is safe and doing well. We currently have no power, phones or email access due to the Cyclone. However, we have staff on site and all our furry guests are safe and dry! 🐾

Weather Update: At this stage The Pet Chalet will remain open for customers on Thursday but possibly closing for customers on Friday and Saturday. (We will keep you updated).

It is unclear what impact the weather will have on staff availability.

Therefore, if your pets are currently staying with us and you can arrange alternative care that would be greatly appreciated.

We have prepared as best we can but obviously we are not sure what the impact of Cyclone Alfred will be here at The Pet Chalet.

We will do the best we can to keep everyone safe.

At the moment, we have certain availability for Dog Accommodation from 9 December until 23 December 2024.

We also have certain availability for dogs from 2 January 2025 onwards.
