Helmets and appropriate footwear are to be worn at all times when working horses. Bookings are subject to availability
No booking is considered accepted until booking fees are paid
Under no circumstances are people to park vehicles o
r ride/lead horses on the Tungamah Football Netball Club Grounds. Horses, riders and vehicles are to remain within the boundaries of the Tungamah Equestrian Arena grounds. Anyone found to be breaking this rule will not be permitted to book grounds on subsequent occasions
Arena is only to be used for the following approved equestrian activities (please note - the arena is not suitable for activities requiring a deep surface e.g. reining):
Ground work
Lunging/long reining
Flatwork
Dressage
Jumping

Yarrawonga/Mulwala Adult Riding Club Inc accepts no liability for any accident, damage or loss of property or injury arising from the hirers’ activity or use of the premises
Hirer must ensure that gateways and entry points are always kept clear and accessible
Hirer is not to allow entry to others horses and riders that have not booked the grounds
All horses, riders and vehicles are to keep to the designated areas and are not to venture to the area past the south of the arena (refer to site map)
There are no toilets available on the grounds. Public toilets are located at the Tungamah Lions Park
Hirers are to be covered by their own insurance whilst using the grounds
The hired premises must be left clean, tidy and as hired at the conclusion of the hire period
Manure is to be left in the designated areas (refer to site map)
Rubbish is to be taken with you on leaving
Damage is to be reported to YMARC within 24hrs. The hirer agrees to reimburse YMARC for any damages caused to the grounds, premises, or fixtures
Hirer is responsible for securing the premises and ensuring that all gates are locked upon departure
