WE ARE BACK❤️
After 3 weeks off we are back in the salons, what this means is we have over 700 calls and messages on our voicemail/txts/ messenger so we ask that patience is required.
We will do our very best to get through as many as we can. Anyone who has left nasty, degrading snarky or rude messages,you will be taken off our schedule we aren’t the groomers for you we work really hard during the year to have holidays with our family we want to enjoy our time off
SOME HOUSE KEEPING RULES
> please be on time for your arrival and pick up of your pets we are not a daycare
> payment, are to be made at the time of service, we are a business and also have bills and staff to pay this year there will be no credit or IOU
> changing of appointments, we cannot simply change the service you have booked for, upgrading isn’t possible,we schedule certain amounts of time for specific services anything that takes more time simply cannot be catered to. To ensure you book the right service speak to our staff upon booking to avoid disappointment. We can downgrade your service as it’s less work,trying to upgrade on the same day is not possible be sure you book appropriately.
> booking ahead of schedule is the best way to get a day/time that you prefer.we are year round booked at least 2/3 weeks in advance in the spring/summer those wait times can stretch out to 4/5 weeks.
> the glass gate !!!PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT!!!
DO NOT JUST LET YOURSELF OR PET INTO OUR SALON YOU WILL BE NOT SO NICELY TOLD TO LEAVE IT ALONE OR TOLD TO PLEASE NOT ENTER!!! It’s there for everyone’s safety LEAVE IT FOR ONE OF OUR STAFF TO OPEN it has a sign on it that says staff only we would appreciate that that rule is followed
> express grooming… we understand that sometimes you need you pet out sooner, this can be accomplished if PRIOR arrangements are made, an express fee will be charged to you for the convenience of having your dog worked on straight through.
> aggressive pets, this is a non negotiable, please be upfront if you have left another salon due to your groomer expressing concerns of aggression with your pet please don’t withhold this information as this is dangerous for our groomers and could cause harm to your pet if they are biting at our equipment
> cancellation or not showing up. This one we will be enforcing this year too many times last year we had no call no shows not only is this frustrating to our staff it also doesn’t allow us the time to call someone else in to fill the missed appointment. We now require a 24 hr cancellation notice if 24 hrs isn’t given 50% of your grooming fee will be invoiced to you. We understand things happen and we are flexible, we will do our best to work you back into the schedule but please understand that you may have to wait a few weeks to get back in.
